SocialPilot is an AI-powered X (Twitter) growth tool that finds relevant posts, scores them for engagement potential, and generates personalized replies. We also provide free online tools for social media management, SEO, and development. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and X API keys. You agree to use SocialPilot in compliance with X's Terms of Service and API policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken on your X account as a result of your configuration choices.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period. Refunds for other circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
Our free online tools are provided at no cost with daily usage limits. Free tools are offered "as is" and we reserve the right to modify limits, add, or remove tools at any time without notice.

SocialPilot uses artificial intelligence to generate reply suggestions and tool outputs. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is posted to your X account. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
SocialPilot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create using our tools belongs to you. By using AI-generated suggestions, you acknowledge they may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users.
SocialPilot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialPilot, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
